UV Printing: The Default
UV ink cured instantly onto clear PET is the workhorse. It gives you crisp, opaque color on transparent sheet, works in small runs and costs the least of the quality options. Most of our clear folding boxes ship with UV printing in one to four colors.
Screen Printing: Bold and Opaque
For large solid areas and heavy logos, screen printing lays down thicker, more opaque ink than UV u2014 ideal for a strong brand band on a cosmetic box like our lipstick boxes.
Foil Stamping: The Premium Touch
Hot foil in gold, silver or rose gold turns a simple clear box into a gift. Foil sits beautifully on clear plastic and pairs perfectly with embossing for a tactile logo. We use it on wedding favor and perfume lines.
Lamination and Frosted Effects
If full transparency is too bold, we offer frosted/matte finishes that diffuse the view u2014 great for skincare and candles. UV spot gloss on a frosted panel gives a classy contrast.
Inserts, Cards and Printed Bands
Printing does not have to touch the plastic. A printed card insert, a paper band or a labeled lid lets you add full-color artwork u2014 even photography u2014 while keeping the plastic unprinted and recyclable. Many food brands use this route for candy boxes and chocolate boxes.
Choosing What to Print
