Frequently Asked Questions

Quick Answers About Our Custom Packaging Services

1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory & trading company. We can guarantee our price is first-hand. With the same quality level, our price is very competitive, and we offer discount price for large order quantities.

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

All products will be 100% checked before shipment. Our ISO 9001 certified processes cover incoming material inspection, mid-production sampling, and final pre-shipment inspection.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Available samples — clear box samples and blank paper box samples — can be free; you only pay for the sample shipping. Customized samples cost $50 to $200, and the sample fee is refundable when your mass production order quantity is large enough.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us the correct design files, samples will be ready within about 5 business days. The sample will then be sent to you via express courier and delivered in 3-5 business days.

5. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in designing paper bags, paper boxes, and other paper products. Share your product dimensions and brand requirements — our designers will create the packaging design for you.

6. Do you accept OEM/ODM?

Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM projects. New molds will be opened according to your design drawing, size, and material specifications. In-house mold fabrication ensures precise results and faster delivery.

7. How can we get the goods in our country?

We ship by air or by ocean. For small quantities under 1 CBM, we recommend air shipping — it takes about 7 days. For larger quantities over 1 CBM, ocean shipping takes 20-30 days and is more economical. If you have your own forwarder, they can handle the shipping; if not, we have a professional forwarder to assist you.
