Whether you have a ready design file or just an idea, our OEM/ODM process takes your concept from sketch to finished product. ISO 9001 certified quality management at every stage.

Send us your product dimensions, design files (AI, PDF, CDR), material preference, and quantity estimate. Our design team creates 3D renderings and flat layouts of your packaging. You will see exactly how your printing, colors, logos, and structure will look. We iterate until you are 100% satisfied — typically 1-3 rounds of revisions.

Before mass production, we produce physical samples exactly matching your specifications. Test the fit, feel, and functionality with your actual product. Review printing quality, material thickness, and structural integrity. Samples are shipped internationally so you can approve them in hand. The sampling fee is fully refundable when you proceed with the bulk order.

Once samples are approved, we source and prepare all materials. PET, PVC, PP sheets for plastic packaging. FSC certified paper boards for cartons and rigid boxes. Inks, adhesives, foils, and accessories. Every material batch undergoes incoming quality inspection before entering production. For GRS certified recycled PET, we provide full chain-of-custody documentation.

Production begins on our German Heidelberg UV printing lines, automatic die-cutting machines, thermoforming lines, and gluing stations. Mid-production quality sampling ensures every batch meets the approved sample standard. Pre-shipment AQL 2.5 random inspection with full documentation. ISO 9001 processes at every stage.

Finished packaging is securely packed for export — palletization, shrink wrapping, corner protection, and moisture barriers. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or recommend trusted logistics partners. Sea freight for economical bulk shipping. Air freight for faster delivery. Express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for samples and urgent orders. From our Guangzhou factory to your warehouse — on time, undamaged.
