Are you a factory or trading company?

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
All the products will be 100% checked before the shipment.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Available sample, clear box sample, blank paper box sample can be free, you pay for the sample shipping. Customized sample is $50 to $200, sample fee can be refundable if mass production order quantity is big.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us the correct files, the samples will be ready within about 5 business days. The sample will be sent to you via express and will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
Can you do the design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in designing paper bag, paper box and other paper products.
Do you accept OEM/ODM?
We are welcome OEM ODM. The new mold will be opened according to design drawing, size, material.
How can we get the goods in our country?
By air or by the ocean. If qty is small, the total packing volume is less than 1CBM, we suggest air shipping, it needs 7 days. If qty is large, more than 1CBM, we suggest ocean shipping. It needs 20-30 days. It will be easy if you have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping. If not, we have a professional forwarder to help us do it.
